He renounced his extensive college training, saying “All that stuff I was taught about evolution and embryology and the Big Bang Theory, all that is lies straight from the pit of Hell” - renounced obviously in favor of his indoctrination at Liberty Baptist and similar churches. His church carries a powerful message indeed. I prefer the message I've heard in mainline protestant churches around the world with a more formal ordination process for their pastors.
